Shrub trimming remains on hold as we continue to prioritize plant health during the summer heat. This week, our landscape crew will focus on pruning and securing younger trees to help them better withstand monsoon storms.

Our irrigation system operates in smart mode, using weather sensors to determine when watering is needed. With the recent rainfall, the system may delay scheduled watering if it detects sufficient soil moisture.

We appreciate residents who have hand-watered struggling plants. However, extra watering can cause the sensors to detect enough moisture and skip the next scheduled irrigation cycle.

Current irrigation schedule:
* Shrubs: 30 minutes, three times per week
* Trees: Four hours on Thursdays and Fridays, twice per month
