Anasazi HOA

THE ANASAZI HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (HOA)

The HOA operates, manages, and maintains Anasazi Village for the benefit of the owners and residents. All owners are members of the HOA which creates and enforces various rules for homeowners and residents. In addition, the HOA gathers fees (dues) from homeowners to fund the operating and reserve budgets and upkeep of the community’s shared areas.

Much like other organizations, the HOA has a board of directors elected by the homeowners. The Board governs the HOA, makes decisions on behalf of the community, and decides how the budget is spent.

The HOA operates under governing documents known as covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs). These documents outline the rights and responsibilities of the HOA and homeowners.

To facilitate harmony within the community, all residents must comply with the rules and guidelines as set in the HOA’s Rules and Regulations and CC&Rs. Owners renting their units must ensure their tenants have a copy of the Rules and Regulations and CC&Rs, as they are also expected to comply.
