Planning a home improvement project? Before you begin, the safest first step is to submit an Architectural Submittal Form.
As our community’s buildings age, many projects—including flooring, plumbing, electrical work, window and door replacements, HVAC installations, and other interior renovations—can affect common elements or shared building systems.
An Architectural Review helps ensure your project complies with the Association’s governing documents and avoids unnecessary delays, costly corrections, or damage to community infrastructure.
One request from Management: If your approved remodeling project requires opening a wall, this gives our maintenance team an opportunity to inspect any exposed plumbing while it is accessible. We can often identify aging or deteriorating pipes and replace them before they lead to expensive leaks or damage to your unit—or your neighbors’ unit.
And, if you are in doubt, contact the Community Management Office before you start your project. We’re happy to answer your questions and help guide you through the approval process.
