Management is preparing for a community-wide cleanup of the bike storage rooms. Over time, several bicycles appear to have been left unused or abandoned, some potentially for several years. Our goal is to clean and organize these areas while making sure available bike storage space can be used by current residents.

For now, we are simply asking residents to begin checking their bicycles and belongings in the bike storage rooms. If you have a bicycle stored in one of these areas, please make sure you know which bike is yours and that you still intend to keep it.

In the coming weeks, additional notice will be provided to residents explaining how to identify and claim your bicycle, along with a deadline. Any bicycle that is not identified by the deadline will be considered abandoned and removed from the bike storage room. Where appropriate, removed bicycles may be donated to a local charitable organization.

Want to use the bike storage rooms?
Bike storage is available in the community’s three mailbox structures. A key and bike sticker are required and may be obtained from the Community Management Office for $10. Bikes must be in good working condition and properly secured inside the storage room.
