Tree Trimming Complete
Tree trimming has been completed throughout the community. As a reminder, the work focused primarily on removing dead wood from our pine trees. Since the original proposal, a few additional branches have declined and may not have been addressed during this round of work. Overall, the project has made a noticeable improvement to the health and appearance of our trees.

Elevator Surround Refresh
Repainting and repairing the walls surrounding the elevators for buildings 2-6 is progressing well. Thank you to our Maintenance Team for their continued work to enhance the appearance of our buildings.

Monsoon Season Reminder
With monsoon weather in the forecast over the coming weeks, including high winds and heavy rain, our team will begin cleanup as soon as conditions are safe. If we experience multiple storms in a short period, cleanup may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience. If you notice an area that requires attention, please email the Community Management Office.

Pool Maintenance During Monsoons
Our pool contractor services each pool on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. During periods of frequent storms and it may not be possible to vacuum every pool during each visit. Our goal is to ensure every pool is vacuumed at least once each week while continuing to maintain proper water quality
