We’re making great progress on several improvement projects throughout the community:

• Fiber line painting: All fiber lines and connector boxes have now been painted in every phase of the community, creating a cleaner, more finished appearance.
• Hallway and stairwell touch-ups: The stucco surrounding all hallway and stairwell light fixtures has also been painted.
• Mechanical building improvements: Repairs and painting of the mechanical buildings are in progress, with Phase 1 currently underway.
• BBQ refurbishments: Community grills have been refreshed as needed with new brushes, grill plates, bricks, and knobs to keep them in great working condition.
• Stair tread replacement: All stairwell treads have been replaced. While the new treads are durable, they can still be damaged. If you notice any damage, please report it to the Community Management Office so it can be addressed promptly.
• Tree trimming: Our tree trimming contractor has finished the scheduled work throughout the community. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while this work was being completed.
