We wanted to share with the community that Sharon’s last day with Anasazi will be July 30, 2026.

Over the past several months, the Board has been evaluating the needs of the community and discussing ways to strengthen the onsite management team. As part of that process, the Board approved the creation of a new Assistant Onsite Manager position to provide additional management support and expertise for the day-to-day operations, projects, and long-term needs of Anasazi.

As the organization moves in this new direction, Sharon has decided that this new role is not the right fit for her. We respect her decision and appreciate her professionalism and support throughout the transition process.

Sharon has been a valued member of the Anasazi team, and we are grateful for the time, dedication, and care she has provided to our community. Please join us in thanking her for her contributions and wishing her all the best in her future endeavors.

Out of respect for Sharon’s wishes, there will not be a formal farewell event. She has asked to say her goodbyes personally to the residents and friends she has come to know during her time here, and we are happy to honor that request.

We appreciate your patience and support as we complete this transition and look forward to introducing our new Assistant Onsite Manager in the coming weeks.
