Here is an update on several projects under way around Anasazi:

• Stairway Doors: All stairway doors have been painted, with hardware adjusted and, in some cases, replaced. If you notice a door that has started slamming again, please notify the community office so it can be addressed promptly.
• Stair Tread Replacement: The stair tread replacement project continues to move forward with most areas having been complete. It does however remain an ongoing work item.
• Painting and Touch-Ups: Armando has begun painting the Cox fiber lines and connector boxes located along the walkways. He is also repainting the faded trim rings around the new hallway and stairwell lighting fixtures. Buildings 14 and 15 have already been completed.
• Traffic Lane Markings Refreshed: Entrance and exit lane lines and directional arrows have been repainted and are now clearly visible.
  • On the entrance side, the lanes are now better defined:
    • Left lane: For residents and guests needing to use the call box
    • Right lane: For residents using gate clickers for easier access
  • On the exit side, directional arrows have also been refreshed. Residents may continue using the center drive area as needed while positioning left or right when turning onto Paradise Village Parkway South.
• Brick Paver Walkways: Our brick paver walkways are being inspected, and adjustments are being made in areas where bricks have lifted. If you notice any areas needing attention, please report them to the community office.
