We have recently had a few instances of individuals on the property who did not appear to be residents or authorized guests.

Our after-hours security patrol has escorted two individuals from the area near Building 9 and Pool 4. In addition, our maintenance team has observed two men on bicycles in the same area. While these individuals left when approached, we encourage everyone to remain aware of their surroundings.

If you see anyone who appears to be trespassing or behaving suspiciously, please contact the Phoenix Police Department’s non-emergency line. If the office is closed, please also notify our after-hours security patrol so they can respond and monitor the situation.
