We are moving forward with the replacement of the dumpsters at Buildings 2, 3, 6, 10 and 14.

As part of the process, the existing dumpsters are being removed so Management can access and evaluate the vault enclosures below. Any necessary cleaning or repairs will be completed before the new dumpsters are installed.

While this work is underway, Waste Management will place low-profile temporary containers at the following locations:

• Building 2: Just east of Building 2, near the exit gate.
• Building 3: Just south of the existing dumpster location, in the uncovered parking area.

• Building 6: West of the existing dumpster location, in an uncovered area.
• Building 10: On the brick-paver area behind the existing dumpster location, positioned at an angle to allow Waste Management truck access.
• Building 14: Along the east wall in an uncovered space near Building 15.

We appreciate your patience as we work through the removal, repairs and installation process. The timeline will depend on the condition of the vaults, but our goal is to complete the work as quickly as possible and minimize disruption to residents.
