Please help keep Anasazi Village clean and avoid extra disposal fees by following these guidelines:

• Bag all trash securely and flatten cardboard boxes before placing them in dumpsters.
• Do not overfill dumpsters. Lids must close completely. If a dumpster is full, please use another one on the property.
• Never leave items beside dumpsters, including items intended for donation. The HOA incurs additional pickup fees for these items.
• Large items such as furniture, mattresses and appliances must be removed at the resident’s expense through donation, resale, or a junk removal service.
• Contractors must remove their own waste and may not use community dumpsters.
