Sunset Sweat

Take part in a feel-good workout series featuring a different local studio each week, taking place every Thursday in May at 6:30 pm at The Park at PV.

As the sun sets, you’ll flow through a refreshing mix of yoga and movement designed to energize your body and reset your mind. Whether you’re winding down from the day or kicking off your evening, this is your time to move, breathe, and connect.
