COOK, LEARN, AND ENJOY A TRUE TASTE OF ITALY! Join the charming Monica Pagliacci for a hands-on Italian cooking experience. Two classes are offered in April:
Saturday April 11 at 3 p.m. Menu: Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, Arugula Salmon Salad, and a Surprise Dessert Registration deadline: April 1.
Saturday, April 25 at 3 p.m. Menu: Lemon Chicken with Pistachios, Breaded Baked Mixed Vegetables, and a Surprise Dessert, Registration deadline: April 17
Details: $75 per person prepaid at the community office • BYOB • Register and prepay at the Community Management Office • Please bring an apron and containers for leftovers.
