Architectural Design Committee (ARC)

Help preserve the community’s appearance and structural standards by reviewing proposed modifications to individual units. Committee members work together to develop and maintain standards for changes to walls, doors, windows, flooring, and other elements in alignment with HOA guidelines. When an owner’s request falls outside established standards, the committee provides guidance and makes recommendations to the board for final approval.

This committee is well suited for residents with architectural experience, an eye for detail, an interest in home design or construction, and a desire to help maintain the character and integrity of the community. Meetings are held at the call of the chair.

Cactus Garden Committee

Support one of Anasazi’s most cherished spaces by helping raise funds for the Cactus Garden’s upkeep, improvements, and beautification. Volunteers assist with the annual February fundraiser, help with community events, coordinate donations, and take part in deciding how funds are used for future garden projects.

This committee is perfect for residents who enjoy community involvement, like working with others, and want to contribute to a shared space that benefits everyone. Experience with fundraising or event planning is welcome but not required—enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to participate matter most. Meetings are held as needed, depending on project work.

Communications Committee

Help keep our community connected and informed by supporting resident communication and engagement. Volunteers may assist with newsletters, website updates, community announcements, event promotion, and sharing information about Association activities.

This committee is ideal for residents who enjoy organizing information, pay attention to detail, and want to help neighbors stay informed. Experience with writing or online tools is helpful but not required—clear communication, reliability, and a willingness to collaborate matter most. Meetings are held as needed, depending on project work.

Infrastructure Committee

Help support the long term care and improvement of the community by assisting with planning and prioritizing major infrastructure projects. Committee members help identify areas needing attention, review project proposals and contractor bids, and provide recommendations to the Board on timelines and priorities.

This committee is a good fit for residents who enjoy researching and reviewing information and are interested in how community projects are planned and carried out. Experience in construction, engineering, project management, or property maintenance is helpful but not required. The time commitment is manageable with meetings held monthly or as needed, depending on project activity.

Rules and Regulations Committee

Help keep our community’s Rules and Regulations clear, fair, and up to date by reviewing existing policies and recommending improvements that support the wellbeing of the Association. Volunteers review current rules, explore comparable HOA standards, discuss potential updates, and help prepare recommendations for the Board.

This committee is ideal for residents who are fair minded, comfortable with reviewing written materials, and interested in supporting a respectful, well functioning community. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to consider different perspectives are helpful, but no legal experience is required—just a willingness to be thoughtful, balanced, and collaborative. Meetings are held as needed, depending on project work.

Landscape Committee

Help keep Anasazi’s outdoor spaces beautiful, healthy, and welcoming by providing input on landscaping, lighting, ponds, and irrigation needs. Volunteers review landscape conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the Community Manager on related projects.

This committee is perfect for residents who enjoy nature and outdoor spaces, take pride in the community's appearance, and like working with others. An interest in landscaping or outdoor maintenance is helpful but not required. Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to collaborate matter most. The time commitment is easy to manage; the committee meets at the call of the chair and whenever help is needed with landscaping projects.
