To support our ongoing commitment to a safe and well-maintained community, Anasazi Village recently completed a professional inspection of all sidewalks to identify potential trip hazards. A qualified vendor was selected to perform the necessary repairs, and the Board has approved the project.

Project Schedule
Repairs are tentatively planned between May 11–21, 2026. Final dates will be confirmed and shared with residents as the contractor’s schedule is finalized. Once work begins, the project is anticipated to take approximately 3–4 days from 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please note that all dates remain subject to change based on weather or contractor availability.

What Residents Can Expect
The repairs to the sidewalks will include the grinding down of unlevel spots so residents can expect loud noise and significant dust. To minimize disruption, we recommend keeping windows and doors closed when crews are working close to your building. Sidewalks will be accessible immediately after each repair is completed, so pedestrian access should remain largely uninterrupted.

Heads Up for Parking
To ensure crews have the access they need, residents will be asked not to park over the curb along sidewalks during the repair period. Clear access helps the team complete the work efficiently and safely.
