Residents are reminded to avoid leaving any food or waste outside their units. This includes trash bags placed outside for later disposal, items left near dumpsters, or harvested fruit stored outdoors. These can attract rodents, pests, and other wildlife. A rodent was recently spotted near a unit by a resident, reinforcing the importance of taking these precautions.

Also, please do not feed wildlife. Feeding animals—intentionally or unintentionally—can draw unwanted visitors into the community and contribute to ongoing pest issues. While we maintain an active pest control program with a contracted provider, leaving food or garbage outside undermines these efforts. In a community of our size, prevention is a shared responsibility.
