Tree Trimming
Tree trimming has been rescheduled and is expected to begin August 4.

Shrub & Plant Trimming
Routine shrub and plant trimming has been temporarily postponed due to the extreme summer heat. Trimming during high temperatures encourages tender new growth that is easily damaged by the sun and can place additional stress on plants.

During this time, trimming will be limited to vegetation that obstructs sidewalks, roadways, or other access areas. Our onsite landscape crew will continue with detail work throughout the community, including removing dead plant material, cleaning beneath shrubs, and general landscape maintenance.

Lawn Update
The additional fertilizer, Bermuda seed, and increased watering schedule are producing encouraging results, and much of the turf is greening up nicely.

A few areas—including between Buildings 13–16, in front of Building 15, near both ends of Building 4, and portions of Buildings 3, 6, 7, and 9—continue to struggle. Soil samples will be taken in these locations to identify any underlying issues and determine the best treatment plan.
