Latest Storm Cleanup

Aug 11, 2026 | General News

Last night’s severe storm left several areas of the community in need of immediate attention, including downed trees that were blocking important access points. Due to the urgency of these conditions, cleanup work was authorized to begin early this morning, before normal working hours. We recognize that this meant crews were active on the property earlier than usual, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding. Given the number of critical access areas affected, we felt it was important to begin clearing the property as quickly as possible for the safety and accessibility of our residents.

The storm also caused a community-wide power outage, and we understand how inconvenient and disruptive being without power for several hours can be, especially during the summer. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience residents experienced during the outage. APS was aware of the situation and actively working to restore service as quickly as possible. Because electrical service and restoration are managed directly by APS, there was unfortunately little the Association could do to expedite the restoration itself. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while APS worked to get the community back online.

Our team and vendors will continue working through the storm cleanup as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we recommend using Pool 1 near the clubhouse, as it is currently in good condition. The remaining pools were impacted by storm debris and will be cleaned and restored as soon as crews are able to work through each affected area.

The weather forecast shows conditions will be similar on Wednesday and Thursday. Same protocols will be in effect for cleanup if this turns out to be the case.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work to get the community cleaned up and back to normal.
