Elevator Surrounds: Painting has been completed in Buildings 2–11 of the elevator surrounds which includes all the walls around the elevator doors on the main floor and around the outside portion of the elevator tower on the main level.

Stairway Exit Signs: Sandblasting and painting of the stairway exit signs has been completed in Buildings 2–11.

Power Washing: Power washing of the first-floor walkways will begin over the next week or two.

Patio & Balcony Light Fixture Covers: With the installation of the new LED lights, our maintenance team now has replacement lenses for patio and balcony light fixtures. Approximately eight lenses are currently available.
