At the recent HOA Board meeting, two new initiatives were approved.

Guidelines for pet gates have been established for ground-level residents. While installation is optional, the standards are intended to help homeowners make informed choices that align with community design and aesthetics.

The Board also approved a memorial gift program, offering a meaningful way to honor deceased residents or community members through contributions to shared spaces. The guidelines ensure that all memorials are appropriate, sustainable, and consistent with Anasazi HOA policies.
