Pool #5 decking repairs and water chemistry adjustments will take place between June 9 to 18th. The pool will be closed during this time, and we invite residents to enjoy any of the other four pools on the property. Unfortunately, deck cracking cannot be fully prevented, and no decking contractor will guarantee this type of work due to unpredictable underlying ground conditions.
Tree trimming is scheduled for June 9–10, with a focus on removing deadwood from the pine trees. Improved overall tree health can be seen in those trees that were previously trimmed and are now supported with our new irrigation system.
