The Clubhouse is a shared community facility for all Anasazi residents. The Business Center may be used for part-time, occasional, or temporary work and business activities, but not as a regular office, permanent workspace, or place of business.

To keep Clubhouse facilities available to everyone:
* Personal or business workspaces may not be established in Clubhouse rooms.
* The Clubhouse may not be used as a permanent business address.
* Desks, equipment, files, or other materials may not be left or stored in Clubhouse rooms.
* Private use of the upper and lower Clubhouse rooms requires a reservation through the Association Manager’s office and must follow posted room rules.
