To help keep our community safe and in compliance with Arizona law, all vehicles parked at Anasazi Village must have a current, valid registration with the Department of Motor Vehicles. This applies whether your registration is renewed annually or through a multi-year registration program.

Vehicles with expired registration are considered inoperable because they are not legally permitted to operate on public roads. For that reason, they may not be parked anywhere on Association property.

If an expired registration is identified, the vehicle will be tagged with a courtesy notice asking that the registration be renewed. If the registration is not updated within the required timeframe, the vehicle will be considered a stored vehicle and may need to be removed from the community until it is properly registered.
