• Shaking rugs, mops, or other cleaning items from windows, doors, patios, or balconies is prohibited. Doing so can create debris and messes for neighboring units and common areas.
• Residents on the second, third, and fourth floors must not clean balconies in a manner that allows water, dirt, or debris to flow onto lower balconies, patios, or common areas.
• Please keep balcony weep holes clear of debris to prevent water accumulation and potential drainage issues.
