Anasazi Village is a non-smoking community. Smoking is permitted only inside your unit and is not allowed on balconies or patios, in the common areas, on walkways, or in other shared community spaces.

Residents who choose to smoke are asked to be mindful that smoke can travel beyond their unit through open doors and windows, affecting neighboring residents and the enjoyment of their homes.

Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Cigarette butts are not only unsightly litter, but they can also pose health risks to children, pets, and wildlife due to the toxic chemicals they contain. In addition, improperly discarded cigarette butts create a serious fire hazard, particularly in our desert environment. Please use a proper ashtray or disposal container and never discard cigarette butts in landscaping, parking areas, or common grounds.
