Entrance & Common Areas

• Entrance line markings have been updated to improve visibility and appearance.
• Major brick pathway repairs are complete. Areas prone to shifting will continue to be monitored and adjusted as needed.
• Repairs and painting to the lower front portion of the clubhouse have been completed.

Stairwells & Buildings

• Stairwell door painting, adjustments, closures, and hardware repairs are complete.
• Replacement of worn stair treads is ongoing, with most now completed. Bids are also being gathered for a sand-finish coating on stairs.
• Painting to help blend Cox fiber lines, connector boxes, and newly installed lighting areas is in progress.
• Sandblasted exit signs near stairways are being painted.
• Stucco repair and painting options for the mechanical buildings are being evaluated.

Community Features

• BBQ refurbishment continues across the community’s 45 grill areas. Rather than full replacement, existing grills are being refurbished with new grates and bricks, tightened hardware, and refreshed brushes to extend their lifespan.
• Carport maintenance is underway, including chipped paint repairs and refreshed space numbering.
