On Monday April 20th, a resident town hall meeting was held regarding the parking lot asphalt project, where engineers walked through their findings and answered questions, giving a clear picture of current conditions.

About 30 Anasazi residents attended in person, with another 25 joining via Zoom. There were great questions about project timing, whether underground utilities will be inspected and repaired beforehand, as well as staging and cost and even if we could use recycled asphalt!

The Anasazi HOA Board is continuing to gather information and will share all details before any decisions are made, with more updates and sessions planned for the fall.
