The Board has approved a contract for a community-wide deadwooding project, which focuses on removing dead or dying branches from trees on our property. This work is not general pruning but targeted maintenance to improve tree health, enhance safety, and reduce the risk of falling limbs.

As part of this effort, one tree near Building 3 will be removed as it has unfortunately died. Work is expected to begin in the coming weeks.
