Midstate Mechanical will be on site July 28-29 to repair the cooling tower in Mechanical Room #3. The crew will arrive at approximately 6:00 am. No audible noise will begin before 7:00 am. The crew need about 3 hours to dismantle and remove the old equipment and bring up the new equipment. A crane will be positioned on the north side of the cooling tower, and vehicle access through this area will be restricted.

If your covered parking space is in front of the work area, spaces 466, 467, 469, 459, 487, 477, 461, 457 please move your vehicle by 10 am on July 28 to avoid being blocked in. If you will not need your car you can remain in the covered space.

The crane will be in place from approximately 11 am – 2 pm. During this time, you will not be able to access this area.

Also, during the repair times the cooling tower will be switched over to the second tower so you will not be without AC.

Trash Collection Impact
July 28 is also our scheduled trash collection day. While we are working to keep collection on schedule, the crane may prevent the trash truck from accessing this phase. If pickup is delayed, please use dumpsters in other phases if nearby bins
become full.
