Our annual winter lawn overseeding is underway. The landscape crews have completed the hard scalp of the turf areas and winter ryegrass seeding has been applied. Additional watering cycles have begun to promote germination and healthy growth. During this period, sprinkler heads will be monitored and adjusted to help minimize overspray onto sidewalks and walkways. Some overspray may still occur, so please use caution when walking throughout the community.

Please stay off newly seeded grass and keep pets off the turf. Limiting traffic during germination will give the new grass the best opportunity to establish and provide a healthy winter lawn for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during the transition.
