Stair Treads: The maintenance team will continue replacing missing or lifting stair treads. Progress has been slowed somewhat due to material shortages, but work is ongoing.

Painting Projects: Armando will return to a weekend schedule and begin painting Cox fiber lines and connector boxes. He’ll also be touching up faded paint around newly installed walkway and stairwell lighting. While on each floor, minor touch-ups around elevator doors will be completed as well.  Maintenance will also do touch ups to carports where the paint has chipped or peeled away. Please be mindful of active work areas.

Brick Pathways: Brick pathways naturally shift over time. The maintenance team will be working throughout the community to level and adjust these areas as needed.

BBQ Refurbishment: Our BBQs get plenty of use—there are 45 grills across the community. With replacement costs around $1,800 per unit, we focus on refurbishing and extending their lifespan whenever possible. This includes replacing grates and bricks, tightening handles and lids, and refreshing grill brushes.
